All products are digital — nothing physical ships, and all sales are final unless stated otherwise. Refunds are only considered if the product can't be delivered, we can't complete the commission, or a refund is required by law.

• Changing your mind doesn't qualify for a refund
• No longer needing the product doesn't qualify
• Server incompatibility doesn't qualify
• Not reading the product description doesn't qualify

Payments go through approved methods only. Commission work doesn't start until a required payment or deposit is received, and we reserve the right to decline any order. Estimated completion times are estimates — they can shift with project complexity, revision requests, current workload, or the unexpected. Requirements should be communicated clearly before development begins.

Reasonable revisions tied to the original request are included when they're discussed as part of the commission. Major design changes, added features, or anything outside the original scope may carry an additional fee.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, Charm City Dev keeps ownership of all source code, artwork, and assets. Customers receive a license to run the purchased product on their own FiveM server(s) — ownership of the IP itself never transfers.

You may not:

• Redistribute, leak, or resell our products
• Claim our work as your own
• Remove branding or licensing where applicable
• Attempt to bypass licensing or security systems

Violations can mean permanent loss of access to all Charm City Dev products and services.

Support covers official, unmodified Charm City Dev products only, and may be limited if files were modified by a third party, other resources are conflicting, or the issue isn't related to our product. We aim for broad compatibility with common FiveM frameworks, but can't guarantee it for every server configuration or third-party resource.

Charm City Dev isn't responsible for lost server data, lost revenue, downtime, configuration errors, or damage from third-party modifications — liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to products, updates, support, or Discord services for anyone who violates these terms, engages in fraud or chargebacks, harasses staff or the community, or leaks/redistributes products.

Product updates are provided at our discretion — some products get ongoing improvements, others may not. These Terms of Service can be updated at any time; continuing to use our products or services after a change means you accept the update.
